* We create many of our unique custom designs through the use of architectural programs. By incorporating photographic images of furniture or finishes a client is considering, our programs assist them in seeing what the end result will look like. Clients, therefore, feel more comfortable with their decisions.
Project Process
Interview Meeting
We meet with you to discuss your wishes and necessities, your style,
and the scope of the project.
Concept Design Development
We begin brainstorming your project and selecting options for the
design.
Review of Concept Design
We'll meet with you to present our design ideas and options for
your space. We'll narrow down the options depending on what you
like and the direction you'd like to go.
Further Selection of Furniture & Finishes
This procedure includes additional decisions regarding furniture,
finishes, and other project details.
Project Management
This includes meeting with subcontractors to gather pricing (if
needed), working up a quote for your project, specifying all the
finishes, and ordering products.
Execution and Installation
We will oversee the progress and installation of your project.
Quality Review / Punch List
We meet with you to look over the finished project, and should any
concerns arise we address them.
Completion
Your project is complete!
Fee Structure
Pricing for projects are based on an hourly rate. At the interview meeting a letter of agreement is presented containing the mutually agreed upon method of compensation.
